To install, just go underneath the seat of your Aeron as pictured below to remove the worn foam insert. Grab the new foam insert and tear the strip exposing the adhesive. Slide in the new foam insert adhesive side down and press down on the seat over where the foam insert rests to help it stay put. Installing is a cinch!
